The eighth edition of the 2024 African Nations Championship(CHAN) , a biennial association football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football(CAF) for national teams of local based players , climaxes on Saturday,30 August 2025 at the Moi International Sports Centre,Kasarani, Nairobi Kenya.
Two-time champions Morocco will contest the final against Madagascar, nicknamed Barea (Indicine cattle). The North Africans giants secured their place in Final after overcoming defending champions Senegal 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in extra time.
Madagascar on the other hand qualified for their first ever CHAN final after an extra time 1-0 win over Sudan in Dar es Salaam.

In the match played on Friday evening at the Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Senegal over came Sudan 4-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw.
