The stage has been lit for the Mr and Miss Central Region Body Building Championship scheduled for 6th September 2025 at the glittering UMA show Grounds. The event is expected to draw a great number of participants who will flex muscles in different weight categories.
The championship in its third edition has Central region players compete in among other categories; bantam,Light,welter, middle, light heavy and heavy weight categories respectively.
Apart from body building,players have been given an opportunity to showcase and compete for special accolades in Men’s physique, fitness and bikini competition categories for ladies.
On the menu, the organizers are quick to reveal that this year’s glamorous event has a unique touch of arm-wrestling. The event is proudly sanctioned by Uganda Body Building and Fitness Association.
