Fast riding rider Shafiu Mululi,son to Moses Mululi aka Kelicho, is beaming with joy ahead of the 4th round of the Mountain Dew national Motorcross championship due this weekend in Omito Lira City.
Shafiu who goes to St.Francis Junior school Buddo(P4) reveals that he is prepared for the race after getting a new bike.
“The training is getting on well and I hope to do better than the last three races”, Shafiu stated.
The Mululi team headed by Kelicho acquired a KTM (Model 2024) bike to increase on competition and speeds in the 65 CC respectively.
Kelicho is quick to appreciate St.Francis Junior School Director; Susan Muwonge for promoting these youngsters who are the future of Motorcross in Uganda.
“Indeed, Susan Muwonge is an asset in Motorsport, and we appreciate her for sponsoring bike number 31”, Mululi affirmed.
The Omito competition has attracted over 80 riders with competition in 50CC Juniors,50 CC Snr,65,85, MX2, MX1 Veterans and Masters Class respectively.
