Yes, it is true that Central Region Body Building Committee will host Mr and Miss Central body building championship scheduled for 20 September 2025 at the famous UMA show grounds in Lugogo. The event, organised by Supplex Gym is expected to draw a huge turn up of competitors in different weight categories.
As fans will be chanting for their best, body builders will flex muscles on the stage.To the judges, words like;front double biceps, back lat spread, side chest,abdominals and thighs, side triceps, and rear lat spreads will be used to judge and determine the winners in various categories and finally the overall winner.
Six weight categories are to competed for with the overall winner bagging ten million uganda shillings. The categories are; bantam, welter, light, middle, light heavy and heavy respectively. In anticipation of more excitement, Supplex gym has added men’s physique, fitness and bikini competition for ladies.
Kisakye Denis Trinity,the organising Secretary, is upbeat that the eletricfying event will draw the best crowd and fans will be served well on the D day.
“We are ready to give fans the best event since Supplex Gym has set the standard in terms of event organization,”Kisakye said.
Big names including;Hussein Mbajja Finito, Miyagi Pharooq, and Mwesigwa Daniel(Defending champion) are expected to feature on the special evening that also has a good list of artists spicing it up.
The big event is powered by Supplex Gym, Rosefoam Matresses, J&L industries, RZ Motorcycle Tubes and Brakes, NBS Sport, Buganda Kingdom, Victoria University, Scott Sports Nutrition, Fruit City, Uganda Fitness Elite.
