Day One:
- Journey starts at Total Wampeewo
- Drive up to Nakasongola(Luwero Industries)
- Lunch at Kabalega Resort Hotel, then drive through Masindi to Homa.
Day Two:
- Hoima-Buliisa Wanseko
- Visit Petroleum Authority and Tilenga Project
- Drive to Fort Portal
Day Three:
- Fort Portal to Kasese
- Back to FortPortal for Prize Giving
- Back to Kampala
6th edition of Africa Kwetu Launched
Nostro Africa, the organizer of Africa Kwetu Fuel Economy tour, has today launched the annual adventurous tour in a glamorous event at Hotel Africana. The tour runs from 4th to 7th September 2025 covering districts of Nakasongola, Masindi, Hoima, FortPortal and Kasese respectively.
Speaking at the Launch, Tendo Mutale,the event manager highlighted key aspects that participating drivers will encounter in the 4-day tourism tour.
“Our focus is hinged on domestic tourism, environmental conservation and road safety campaign,” Tendo added.
The 1300 Km tourism tour has drivers driving a total of 300km on Day One as 100Km awaits them on Day Two in Hoima and a further 200Km to FortPortal.
On the final day, participants have a chance to witness exciting activities between FortPortal and Kasese. Activities like Game Drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park and Boat Cruises will provide the much-needed impetus for the amazing trip.
